Use Your Bank's Online Payment Service

Pay your bill using your bank's online payment service – offered at most financial institutions. When making your payments through this service, please note it may take up to two to three business days for TECO to receive the payment.

Please make sure your account information is correct. Invalid or missing account information may prompt your financial institution to produce a check and mail it to TECO on your behalf, which could delay the posting of your payment.
